Terms of Delivery

We deliver within the UK, but not to PO boxes and BFPO addresses. When your order is placed we will handle it with immediate effect and your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Deliveries to Jersey and Guernsey may require an additional 2-3 working days in delivery time.

Placed orders

It is not possible to amend/change orders once they have been processed and paid.

Personal use and resale

All products purchased are intended for personal use and non-profitable purposes. When placing an order, the buyer acknowledges this and guarantees that the products are for personal use and not intended for resale to a third party.

Loyalty Programme

We operate a loyalty reward programme ("Herba points") for registered customers only and reserve the right to revoke points and/or discontinue the programme at any time.

Every order placed earns Herba points calculated on the order total, exclusive of any promotions, discounts, shipping costs and taxes.

A minimum spend of GBP 75 is required for an order to qualify for Herba points use.

Herba points cannot be used towards shipping costs, taxes or in conjunction with any other discount or promotion code

1 Herba point is equivalent to GBP 0.01 and may be redeemed as part payment on qualifying orders. Herba points can be used as part payment for both full and reduced price items, at 25% and 10% of their value, respectively.
